George J. Davos, age 84, fell asleep in the Lord Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Beloved husband of Vicky Davos nee Bouros for 47 years. Loving father of Demetra and Ioanna Davos. Devoted son of John and Demetra Davos. Dear brother of Athanasios Davos, Maria Chatzikonstanti and the late Kostadina Spiros. Fond uncle and cousin of many. Our beloved George was a devoted husband, a loving, caring, and supportive father, and a successful entrepreneur who truly found happiness in the company of his family. He spent his time enjoying his passions of travel, music, dance, and watching his favorite soccer team, Olympiacos. George’s style, energy, and smile lit up every room he entered, bringing forth joy to all. His youthful presence and love will always be with us forever until eternity. Visitation Wednesday, October 19, 2022, from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1017 North La Salle Boulevard, Chicago, IL 60610. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral would be appreciated.
