John “Jack” Chaconas, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019. Loving father of Christine Berg, George and Nicholas Chaconas and proud grandfather of Nicholas, Nicole and Michelle. Dear brother of Matthew Chaconas and the late Anne Marie “Bunny” Calderio. Fond uncle of Mark Chaconas.
