John “Jack” Chaconas, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019. Loving father of Christine Berg, George and Nicholas Chaconas and proud grandfather of Nicholas, Nicole and Michelle. Dear brother of Matthew Chaconas and the late Anne Marie “Bunny” Calderio. Fond uncle of Mark Chaconas. Family and friends will meet on Friday morning, September 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. for Visitation and the Funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. at The Transfiguration of Our Lord Greek Orthodox Chapel, 2905 Thatcher Ave., River Grove, IL.
