John Karasi, age 89. Devoted son of the late Anastasios and Anastasia (nee Elenis) Karasis. Dear brother of the late Chrissie Grivas, Mary (the late George) Lamperis, Helen (the late James) Georgopoulos, Demetra (the late James) Himes, Georgia (the late Vasilios) Xentaras, and Peter (survived by Violet) Karasis. Loving uncle, cousin, godfather, and friend of many. Friends and family will meet on Thursday, 4PM-9PM at N.H. Scott and Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Road, Glenview, IL for visitation.
