Pete Panagoulias

Pete Panagoulias, 89, born in Vlahokerasia, Tripoleos, Arkadias, Greece. Beloved husband of Dimitra “Toula” nee Maheras; loving father of Yvonne (Nick) Lemperis, Maria (Christos) Tottas; proud grandfather of Maria and Constantine Lemperis and Triantafilos and Demetra Tottas; dear brother of Dino (Valentina) and Bill (Dina); the late Stella “Voula” (the late Tom) Georgopoulos; brother-in-law of Vasiliki (Stelios) Sotos; fond uncle and cousin to many. Pete immigrated to the United States in 1966 and lived in Chicago with family and many friends. Family and friends will meet Thursday, March 11, at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2727 W. Winona St., Chicago for visitation from 9:30AM-10AM with funeral service at 10AM. Family and friends who cannot attend may view the funeral service live at John G Adinamis Facebook at 10AM. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery where the service can be viewed at John G Adinamis Facebook live. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pete’s memory for the Icon/Mural Restoration project at Saint Demetrios Church, 2727 W. Winona St., Chicago, IL, 60625 would be appreciated.
