Apostolos Marinis, age 100, born in Routsi Megalopolis, Arcadia, Greece fell asleep in the Lord October 7, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Georgia; Loving father of Anastasia (late John) Haskos, Dina (George) Triantos, late Peter (Louiza) Marinis; caring grandfather of Demetra (Mike) Bolis, George (Tina) Haskos, Olga (Frank) Petridis, late Anna Triantos, Apostolos (Neomi) Marinis, Gia (Dimitri) Diakakis, Evan Marinis; loving great grandfather of 11. Devoted son of the late Panagiotis and Konstantina Marinis. Apostolos was devoted father and grandfather, he will be dearly missed.

Visitation Friday October 13, 2023 from 11:30 AM until time of Funeral Service 12:30 PM at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2727 West Winona Chicago, IL. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family. Arrangements by Memory Eternal Funeral Directors, Ltd. (847) 375-0095.
