Laura, I am so sorry to hear that your husband was a victim of the coronavirus. It sounds like Louie was a wonderful man
who influenced many people in his life. May you find comfort in the love and support of your faith, your family and friends
during this very difficult time.
Dear family of Louis I am from Evanston from St. Nicks and lived just a few blocks away from the Gonzalez home. While we may grow apart as we get older we never forgot the friends of our past. Louis will never be forgotten. My prayers are for you in this trying of times. God bless you all.
Louie was a great friend and it is with sadness I have to say goodbye…but great memories will always be with me. He lived full and always had a great bellow of a welcome and smile. He loved to coach and brought championships in football and baseball to St Tars and our wonderful neighborhood. From the early days of taking kids to Mount Trashmore, eating at Hermes to our last fun as hell birthday party the memories are plentiful. Until we meet again friend….Love you always. Bobby boy.
It’s hard to believe Louie is gone. I new Louie from St. Nick’s. It was only recently in the last several years we were able to catch up as adults. I’m sorry for your loss and sorry it had to happen under these circumstances. He will always be remembered and cherished.
I am so sorry for your loss. Words cannot express the sadness you must feel. I send prayers to you and all of your family.
