Tom Konomidis, age 97, fell asleep in the Lord on May 8, 2021. A World War II Veteran, who served in the Army in the Pacific Front. Beloved husband of 52 years of Efrossini nee Gabrielidis. Loving father of Denise (Dimitri “Jim”) Yannakopoulos. Proud grandfather of Efrosini, Michael and Adamantia. Devoted son of the late Efstratios and Kyriakoula nee Touloudis Konomidis. Dear brother of Denise (the late Charlie) Koules. Fond uncle of many. Visitation Thursday May 13, 2021 from 9:30 AM until time of Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Saint Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church 133 South Roselle Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
