William Galanis, fell asleep in our Lord on September 26, 2022. Beloved husband of Dimitra Galanis nee Karahalios. Loving father of Anastasia Galanis and Gus (Erene Strouboulos) Galanis. Proud grandfather of Pavlos Kolokythas and Dean Galanis. Dear brother of Marina Litras and the late John, Dina, and Ted. Cherished son of the late Anastasia and Kostantinos Galanis. Dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many who will miss him. Visitation Monday, October 3, 2022, at 10AM with funeral service to follow at 11AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 2701 N. Sheffield Avenue, Chicago. Interment Ridgewood Memorial Park, Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family to make donations at their discretion would be appreciated.
