John Stelios Leventis, M.D., age 59, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. John is survived by his beloved son, Steven and his ex-wife, Philippa; his parents Maria and the late Stelios; his sister Cleopatra and her husband, Peter Smyrniotis, and his favorite twin niece and nephew, Maria and Haralambos.
Family and friends will gather on Friday morning, January 17, 2020, for Visitation at 11:30 a.m. and Funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church located at 2350 E. Dempster Street in Des Plaines, IL 60016. Interment Maryhill Cemetery in Niles, IL.
