Dimitrios J. Mantis, age 67, of Ahladokambos, Argos Greece, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2019. Beloved husband for 40 years of Helen Mantis, nee Pappas. Loving father of Konstantina (Greg) Buckos; Sophia (Patrick) Giannopoulos and Ioanna Mantis and proud Grandpa of Panayiota Giannopoulos and Demetri Giannopoulos. Devoted son of the late Ioannis and the late Konstadina Mantis and dear brother of the late Nota Mellos and the late Mihalis Mantis. Fond uncle of Nick Mellos, Deanna Mellos, Katerina Mantis, Gina Mantis and many more nieces and nephews and their families and great-uncle of Mikey. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 for Visitation and Trisagion Service from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 893 N. Church Road, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Please omit flowers. Interment in Greece.
