Frances Angeles-Douros, age 89, fell asleep in the Lord October 22, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Zachary Douros for 4 years. Devoted daughter of the late Steve and Mary Angeles. Dear sister of Stephanie (George) Pappageorge and the late Dennis (Elizabeth Darlas) Alexander. Fond aunt of Dianne Pappageorge, Susanne (Andrew) Meneilly, Maria (Jack) Taylor, Paul Alexander.
Frances was a Past President of the Annunciation Cathedral Philoptochos and member of the Illinois CPA Society. She greatly loved her dogs Claude and Wolfie. After graduating from DePaul University in 1982 with a BS degree in Commerce she studied to be a Certified Public Accountant at the University of Illinois and owned her own firm.
Visitation Friday, October 27, 2023 from 10:30 AM until time of Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1017 North LaSalle Drive, Chicago, IL 60610. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral would be appreciated.
