Visitation will be held on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM with services to follow at 11:00 AM at Saints Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, Glenview. Interment to follow at Mound Grove Cemetery, Kankakee, IL. service will begin at 2:30 PM. Covid restrictions will apply; guests will be asked to wear face masks and practice social distancing. Thanksgivings have not been the same without him at the table. He was a great personality who always said exactly what was on his mind (smiley face!)
I especially miss debating with him on all subject. Especially politics and socioeconomics!
Most of all he was a great father who always looked after his son and family.

I admired George when he became engaged to my cousin Maria. I was thrilled to be a bridesmaid for the first time. We reconnected after I lost my husband and he was still fun loving. I didn’t know he passed away. May his memory be eternal.
