Gus Eliopoulos, fell asleep in our Lord on May 29, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Helen Eliopoulos nee Nikolopoulos. Loving father of Lazarus (Misty) Eliopoulos and John Eliopoulos. Proud Papou of George Eliopoulos. Dear brother of the late Bill (the late Koula) Eliopoulos and brother-in-law of John, Panagioti, and Thanasi Nikolopoulos and Demetroula Stathopoulos. Devoted son of the late Lazaros and Vasilo Eliopoulos and son-in-law of the late Kosta and Maria Nikolopoulos. Dear uncle, cousin, godfather, and friend of many who will miss him. Gus was an avid hunter and storyteller and served his beloved home country of Greece as a care nurse in the military. Gus’ proudest accomplishment was to provide for his beloved family.
Friends and family will meet Thursday, June 1, 2023 for visitation from 9:30AM-10AM with funeral service to follow at 10AM at Holy Taxiarhai and St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N.
