Maria Tasiopoulos, age 84, fell asleep in the Lord October 5, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Petros Tasiopoulos for 58 years. Loving mother of John P. (Theresa) Tasiopoulos and the late Bill Tasiopoulos. Devoted daughter of the late John and Fotine Pappas. Proud grandmother of Gabrielle, Tatiana and Marie Tasiopoulos. Dear sister of Gust (Mimika) Pappas, George (Toula) Pappas and the late Tom (Eleftheria) Pappas. Fond aunt and cousin of many.
Maria loved to entertain and cook for her family and friends. She was very passionate about her family and her true friends.
Visitation Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service 12:00 PM Noon at Saint Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 North Caldwell Avenue, Niles, IL 60714.
