Otto A. Hallm, age 69, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020. Beloved husband of Vicky, nee Tsiones; loving father of James (Raquel) and Christina Hallm (Dominick Dauphin); proud grandfather of Christian (Cristian Gaytan, Fiance) and Joshua Hallm; dearest brother of Ruth (the late Karl) Melcher, Hildegard Downing, Linda (Doug) Swaringen and the late Lydia (Tom) Peterson; brother-in-law of Chris (Joreen) Tsiones and fond uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Family and friends will gather on Monday morning, September 28th, 2020, for Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Nelson Funeral Home located at 820 Talcott Ave., Park Ridge. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. Face masks and social distancing are mandatory.
