Spyridon Koskotas, age 94, of Albania, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Paraskevi “Voula” Koskotas, nee Tourlou, and loving father of Frank “Fotis” (Karen), George (Lora), Gloria “Evdoxia” and Mary Gronke. Proud Papou of Mitchell, Jessica, Katlyn, Glenn Jr., Kyra and Kourtney. Devoted son of the late Fotis and Evdoxia. Fond uncle, cousin and friend of many. 

Spyridon spent his entire life, along side his late brother Demetrios, feeding the masses as the owners of many restaurants.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Nelson Funeral Home located at 820 W. Talcott (at Cumberland), Park Ridge.  Due to COVID-19 health guidelines, we are limited to 50 guests at a time. We respectfully ask that you quickly exit the funeral home, after paying your respects to the family, so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. If you are not feeling well, it is requested that you stay home, rest and share your condolences online at jgadinamis.com. Masks and proper social distancing are mandatory. The coffee lounge is not available for use, so please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home.

Family and friends will meet Wednesday morning, at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church located at 5649 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL 60660, for Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
