I knew Bill as a member of the drum and bugle corps Mel Tierney Vanguard. Did he ever talk about his time with the corps? He was a dedicated member and a good horn player. My condolences to the loved ones.
I’m Bill’s son. I recall him mentioning the Vanguards several times when i was young. He also took his family to several drum and bugle shows. I remember that he really enjoyed it. Ty for the condolences.
