Helen Smyrniotes née Scourletos, age 95, fell asleep in the Lord February 4, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Harry Smyrniotes for 50 years. Loving mother of Mary (Irvin) Rosen, Anna (John) Schmit, Peter (Cleo) Smyrniotes, Georgia Smyrniotes and Jimmy Smyrniotes and the late Jo Smyrniotes and Jeanie Smyrniotes. Devoted daughter of the late Demitri and Marigo  Scourletos. Proud grandmother of Andrew Tsoukalis, Jessica (Andrew) Linden, Harry Smyrniotes and Mary Smyrniotes. Great grandmother of Caleb Tsoukalis, Jack Tsoukalis, Vivian Linden and Gabriel Linden. Dear sister of the late Nick Scourletos and Tom Scourletos. Beloved aunt and cousin of many.

Visitation Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Service 10:00 AM at Saint Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 North Caldwell Avenue, Niles, IL 60714. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. Memorial donations to American Heart Association would be appreciated. Arrangements by Memory Eternal Funeral Directors, Ltd.
