Anastasios Kapsalis

Anastasios Kapsalis, age 93, fell asleep in the Lord January 21, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Xeni Kapsalis (nee Rogakos) for 55 years. Loving father of Steve (Perri) and Eleni (Marinos Marinopoulos) Kapsalis. Devoted son of the late Stavros and Antonia Kapsalis. Proud grandfather of Anastasios (Holly), Polyxeni, Christos Kapsalis and Marios Marinopoulos. Dear brother, uncle and cousin of many. Anastasios enjoyed walking around his neighborhood, spending time with his grandchildren and traveling to Greece for the summer. Visitation Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1017 N. LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60610. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral would be appreciated.
